Clarkson Roller Rink 3565 N. Lake Rd, Brockport, NY
There was a roller rink which is now a church on 3565 North Lake Road in Brockport, NY near Rochester, NY. It is currently Jubilee Christian Church.
Carl Gardner owned the rink as his nephew, David Horn was the manager.
The Interior.
It had Concrete floor with Rink-Cote spray according to R. Jones. It is believed to be about 70 Feet x 125 Feet which is pretty small. More like a medium sized. Around there.
The Exterior.
It was a simple Dutch Gabled Crossed Gabled (L-shaped floorplan) building and it was not that big rink but R.J. said about 70 Feet x 125 Feet. Roughly Medium sized. I am not sure if it was originally an L shaped floorplan like that. If it was, that would have been a bit unique because most rinks are rectangular shaped building as you seen on Dead-Rinks and active rinks near you.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
