Brad's Roller Rink 6811 Preston Hwy, Lebanon Junction, KY. The exterior appeared to be taken after it was opened in 1965. Wow, look at the car! Cool! Source: George Bradbury Family Photo Collection.
Brad's Roller Rink 6811 Preston Hwy, Lebanon Junction, KY. New paint, new roof, a new steeple, and new addition really changed but remained the same is the layout such as the canopy above the front door, 3 posts, and the windows. Oh well, no new cars in this photo compared to the early days. Cool! Source: Google 2018.

UPDATE! -- Monday 14 February 2022.
This is an entire updated profile to clean up and correct errors. This is from the daughter of George, the founder and operator of Brad's Roller Rink in Lebanon Junction, KY. Not Shepardville. That town was perhaps put in by mistake that when I received the lists of rinks from 1990s that showed me this location. I understand. They made mistakes and I say the mistakes. You know? Like the round table if you just go sit at one end and tell that person exactly what you say and you watch how people say it and then when the final person on the other side of you tells you what you said, it is different. Yes, literally this has happened to me on Friday 11 August 2006. Why I remember that date? Hee hee. Because something special happened to me the next day so I remembered the night before. Ok, let's move on. Here is what she has to say and thank you daughter of George --
Brad’s Roller Rink was located in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, and opened in 1965. When George Bradbury built Skate-o-Rama, he sold Brad’s to Frankie and Annette Ragg, who renamed it Frank’s Roller Rink. When they retired from running it, it became (and still is) a church. I do not know the exact years that these events occurred but can ask my Dad and let you know if you’d like. (Please do ask and where exactly Brad's/Frank's used to be?)
Skate-o-Rama is still in the exact same place it was when it was built in 1972 and business is booming.
Additionally, when George Bradbury, Sr. retired from operating Skate-o-Rama, he leased, not sold, it to his son, George, Jr. (Again, do not know the exact dates but can find out and update you, if you’d like) When George, Jr. was involved in a serious car accident in 2019, George Sr. leased, NOT SOLD, it to Wayne and Sherri Bowles. George Bradbury, Sr., still OWNS Skate-o-Rama.
At 96 years old, my father is still so proud of his contributions to the small and rural communities his rink(s) are in. People regularly tell me how much their time spend there still means to them. He drives to Skate-o-Rama several times a week when sessions are going on just to see [all] the cars in the parking lot.
Thank you so much for your valuable information and now I like pictures and information for my stats below. So many are in N/A.
Wow, does your father still check the rink? Reason I asked my grandfather did until age of 93 when he died checking on the family businesses he started.
Wow, 96! Rarely I see roller rink operators and owners lived to be in their 90s and I think one made it passed 100. Like... to age 101.
Looks like Skate-O-Rama is the rink I should check out and see what makes it successful. Should I call the producers of Undercover Boss? Haha. Oh wait, I do not have 10,000 employees. I am all alone. Hahhaa.
Because she said it is still a church. I found the church because they still have that same awning and posts as well the windows as shown in the old 60s photograph. It was at 6811 Preston Hwy, Lebanon Junction, Kentucky. Very generic. South Preston Highway is the same road as KY-61. The church in question is Faith Assembly of God.
Was it at Lebanon Junction Church of Christ at 10989 South Preston Highway? Reason I asked is because of the only church as it says church on this road and it is kitty corner cross corner from an elementary school. So, I thought maybe this is the site. Anyone can help me pin point where the old Brad's rink was?
George, thank you for defending the Constitution of the United States of America and our Faith in the LORD Jesus Christ.

You can see the exterior but to see the interior, it is totally changed. I believe the Maple wood floor is still there as I can see in the photo gallery and only if you want to attend church, you can. But do not bother going if you just want to see it. Its God's house right now. To see, check their schedule on their website (see link in source).
