Both of Google Map. Bottom was taken in July 2016. The entire property was part of the rink I believe. The rink mainly was in that Off-White gable roof warehouse-like building on the right in the bottom photo. The pawn shop owned this as pawn and automobile sales.
Beebe Skating Rink 802 W. Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe, AR
Beebe Skating Rink was at 802 West Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Arkansas before a pawn shop is currently located but also another business was there as well. The map showed the location to be bit mis-leading because Google Map says it was at different location. (Please do go on the map by clicking it, then stroll down ward from the pawn shop location I gave you the link, then go to the corner of this intersection where Dollar General is and then look at the big sign that says 705 West Dewitt Henry Drive and then compare to Google Map itself that it was way off by saying that location is 1400s something. NEVER trust Google Map if you are going to travel. Stick with asking a business or family or even friends for directions.
They sure do need to fix their system. In meantime, I found it thanks to the same address as former rink the pawn shop and a welding company. I saw the pawn shop building apparently was way small building. Like a 2 car garage size. So, I looked and figured it out. It was the building behind the pawnshop that has a garage and their cars parked between the shop and the automobile repair shop. It made sense now. That was the former rink which is now garages.
The pawn shop itself was perhaps a different entertainment as part of the rink. Perhaps. Anyone know about it?
Ah, I had to change the address! I removed #A because it does not make any sense and then I got the correct location. Google Map DID pin their red pin ON the same building I am thinking of. So, I was right.
Likely the rink was around in before 2000s because I got the name from one of those lists I used (See Links).
The Interior.
N/A.
The Exterior.
It is a Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building with Gable roof. They may have owned that smaller building in front of the main street. I am not sure but the pawn shop owned the two buildings. I see the parking lot was not that big and a few cars would park there.
It is currently a garage with 3 car garage doors now. Apparently changed a lot. It is up for sale again according to Google Map. I did not find any real estate website for it.
