Courtesy of Yellow Page. This badly deteriorating photo film showed the building as it was in 1980s. Films this long ago would start having that bleaching look. Besides that both cars in the photos appeared to be 1980s. Yes, the second one you did not realize it is on the left bottom corner of the photo as the other is in the middle parked in front fo the building.
The blue car parked looks like a Chevy but I cannot see how clear it was. I grew up with cars and know models and have thousands of brochures. I studied them. Could been a Chevy or even a Dodge Neon which was in 1990s. The other one.. the left lower corner. Looks like a hatchback. Perhaps a Ford Probe or something. Anyone? There is no date of photo taken on YP.

Courtesy of Google Map. Notice building is same, just newly painted top strip of blocks. New names because both of them are new business. The Gymnastics World sign is similar to the Arizona Skate Center. Similar color and font.
Defunct website archives courtesy of Spina Web Page. They only had three pages. Home page which was very simple design, and the second page was their schedule for January 2003. Bottom was about birthday party and other information. It surely dated the website for sure because it was an old school internet look of 1990s and early 2000s. Yes, it is clickable when you are at Spina Web Page and you will see the "e" for the email still spinning after all those years! The prices they had there.. (see 2nd page) was a little too low! For a new building, expenses.. should have been around 7 Dollars to 9 Dollars range.

Arizona Skate Center or known as Arizona Skating Center was at 3970 West Ina Road, Tucson, Arizona. Likely it was one name or another shared for the same rink.
It is currently Harbor Fright tool store and a gymnastic center in which both are sharing this big building where the rink was. Apparently ASC (Arizona Skate Center) either had the entire complex or partial in this building that sits behind other building away from the road.
The date on the old website clearly showed it must have been folded around that month of January 2003.
The Interior.
N/A.
The Exterior.
The exterior was a large Cinderblock build building that has an out built for admission and the building was like having two stories when you see it. They had large fonts for the name of the rink, Arizona Skate Center on the exterior wall. The photo I found has seen its age that the chemical on old film deteriorating badly. But I can tell it had Sand color walls that still exist today with the exception of Tan color likely painted along the top horizonal strip above the rough Cinderblocks seen in the photos.
It is a Flat roof Free-Span Steel Truss Cinderblock-Walled Big Box - like Building.
