The Arena Skating & Event Center and Skate Place as well as The Skate Place were on 661 West Ash Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas. This rink was not just a roller rink but also events such as wedding venue, community events, concerts, etc. But that is gone now because of Google Map showed the place as a storage facility now. It first opened in 2007. It apparently was a short lived. No photos, no other information. Oh well. Anyone have photos and information? Please let me know!
It was last sold for 450,000 USD in May 24, 2017. Apparently the owner of the storage facility sold the building, not the business for leasing purposes.
David Buster owned The arena Skating & Event Center.
The Interior.
17,085 Square Feet Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building with Gable roof.
The Exterior.
It was a Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building with Gable roof. Unfortunately, I do not know what it was like before it became a storage facility that has Drab Dark Gray color paint on the walls. That is all I can explain.
The Stats:
Rink Size: N/A. Floor: Clear coated Polyurethane Maple. Floor Layout: LOG.
Building Size: 17,085 SF. Built: 1972. Demolished: Still standing, now as storage facility.
Type of Building: Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building.
Roof: Gable.
Acres: 0.95 Acre. (Very small property!)
Operated: 2007 to N/A.
Skate Place: N/A.
The Arena Skating & Event Center: 2007 to N/A.
Reason for Closure: N/A.

Wanted: Information regarding photos, exact dates of open and closed, and why closed? Really short run? Anything!
Anyone has pictures and/or information please let me know at [email protected]. Thank you.
