Aquarius Roll-A-Rena 9550 Miramar Road, La Mesa CA.
Aquarius Roll-A-Rena 9550 Miramar Road, La Mesa California. I was told this was the second rink the same owner who owned the other Aquarius Roll-A-Rena which was on 8970 La Mesa Boulevard, La Mesa California. This was 15 driving minutes away from each other and exact 15.4 miles apart which made sense at the time to have rinks close by. Like franchises in fast food industry or grocery store industry, they normally set up shop close to each other.
Some roller rinks did the same. well, S.S. told me that this was another rink with similar name and the profile at Aquarius Roll-A-Rena on La Mesa Boulevard has address corrected on 19 July 2022.
They closed and it became 24 Hours Fitness. Interesting is that 24 Hours Fitness became the 2nd fitness centers company to file Chapter 11 US Bankruptcy due to Covid lockdowns. Gold's Gyms was the other. They said they would not need to file bankruptcy if there was no lockdowns. Unfortunately, they did. They left La Mesa branch open. However, Google Map showed it has a sign up. I think it just the owner of the building has a sign with the name of the owner, STOS and a phone number.
Anybody know more about this place? Please let me know at Dead-Rinks. Thank you.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
