A roller rink 169 Gerald St., College Township, PA. Beautiful! This is the view that skaters saw from the rink. Actually this was taken from the road just a turn around from the second photo. Still, pretty much the same you would see from the parking lot. One of the best view for a rink to have. This was taken in early 2010s. This is why you saw the old Burger King look with the Royal Blue roof. Burger King has since remodeled that store. You are seeing the valley and the beautiful thick forest mountains in the background. Source: Google. Copyrighted Digitally Remastered by Dead-Rinks. Photo cleaned up with some mess. Painstakingly repaired.

A roller rink 169 Gerald St., College Township, PA
A roller rink 169 Gerald Street, College Township, Pennsylvania. This former roller rink in the past I could not find the name but this building has been Apple Hill Antiques which is an Antique Market selling antiques. Several dealers under one roof. And that was a roller rink.
Now, this is hard to do a reversal to find the name of the rink. Anyone know about this rink and its name?
The reason I found this is because of an article about the operator of Apple Hill Antiques was not informed by the landlord of the building that the landlord (owner of the building) did not inform them that the building was sold. It was sold to SC Food Bank which needed a larger facility due to its outgrowth of their current location.
The antique place is celebrating their 25th Anniversary in 2022 and it is a shock to the operators of this business. Truly arm-twisting and where they can go? I feel for them.
Good thing the food bank said they honor their lease which expires in April 2023. Now that gives them 10 months to relocate. It is a bit of a hurry I have to say because the owner of the market has to look for a new place quickly and then relocate their items and tell the owners of other dealers to relocate as well. The chance is small because it is 10 months and to close a deal is like 3 months! But you have to find a place. Anyone can help this antique shop, please let them know if you have a building as big as a big roller rink size to set up shop at the new location. ONLY FOR 2022 BEFORE APRIL 2023!
Here is their contact: Apple Hill Antiques.
From the look of the building, I would have to say 1970s when they build it.
The location is ohhh.. perfect for a roller rink! One of the best spot I ever seen. Why? The location was upon a hill facing the valley as you can see in the photo. The mountains in the back ground while right cross the street down hill is a Burger King. That location was perfect for the rink and then the Antique shop because it gave shoppers a feel good feeling after they bought something expensive and looking out can ease that. Same with the rink, skaters would say in awe seeing the view. Parents too. All ages. See third photo above.
Too bad now that it will be a food bank which might stay there for a long time. Clients might be glad to see the beauty that they need after stressful life of being in proverty.

YES, please go support Apple Hill Antiques! Beautiful antiques! Rink owners, you can buy stuff for your rinks! A theme rink! Like Quaker Steak restaurant, or one of those theme restaurants. You can do that. Go for it.
Good through April 2023! After that, relocate to a new location, hopefully and follow them. Like them on Facebook, please! They will tell you and everyone else where. But after that, it will be SC Food Bank.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
