Crystal Palace Roller Rink 3301 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA
Crystal Palace Roller Rink 3301 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This rink had its humble beginning on 23 August 1948 as it was incorporated. It was opened in the Fall of 1948.
Another reports said it was registered Inc was on 31 July 1945.
But I see a change in 1952. Change of address, etc. on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State. However, not much known about this rink.
According to records, Julia and Samuel Braverman were the operators in 1952. It was a family operated rink. Apparently in 1952, they may have purchased from previous owner.
But later, it was A. E. Litzenberger who was the operator of Crystal Palace Roller Rink.
According to Google Map, it has been demolished to make room for a school grounds. According to USGS Maps I can see it was still standing by 1967 top view however the next one was 1970. It was already demolished, cleared, and paved looking so fresh in 1970. So, it was clearly right after 1967 photo was taken.
Any more information, please let me know! Thank you!

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
